Seasonal Yoga merges the powerful practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga together to create health and well being all year round.

Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation & deep rest we create harmony and balance from within - energetically, physically & emotionally.

I have always been drawn to the outdoors, whether it be camping, hiking, swimming, I never feel more alive than when immersed in mother nature and all she has to offer. The idea of merging yoga and nature's flow together was inspiring to me and through the practice I have found it truly helps to nourish our mind and bodies.

As your teacher (200hr RYT) I will adapt our yoga practice to meet the unique needs of each season to harmonise and enhance wellness on every level. Seasonal yoga embodies the following practices:

  • Yoga flow

  • Pranayama (breathwork)

  • Meditation

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Seasonal Nutrition

I have been working as a complementary practitioner for forty years and I believe in finding a balance between conventional and holistic systems to improve our wellbeing. I have always been fascinated by the mind-body-spirit connection.

The brain and body are intimately connected. Our thoughts and beliefs impact our mood and emotions which affect our chemistry and biology. All these factors play an important role in influencing our mental and physical health.

I originally trained in massage and beauty therapy. My curiosity led me to train in reiki and over the last twenty years my reiki practice has expanded both personally and professionally. My keenness with the holistic approach has never dimmed and I also studied the following modalities:

  • Spinal touch therapy

  • Laughter yoga

  • Meditation

  • Tapping

  • OP2G.
